plenty of different races, plenty of different languages, plenty of different religious beliefs, foods, etc. hell there's even a huge wealth gap there.

Austria... ok what sort of taxes does Austria have? Do they have many social welfare programs? Universal Healthcare? How strict are they on gun ownership?
