I got the link from an article on Nerve.com. There's an interview with the guy who made the site and it kind of explains why they (he and his "partner") did it.

You talked about this being a response to porn. What upsets you about it? The internet has helped develop a lot of cultural threads very quickly, especially with erotica. Let's face it, the erotic media has a hell of a lot of growing up to do.
