They could open the other sanctums under Wyrmrest temple, expand the area in the hole under ICC, revamp more of the classic raids like they did Onyxia, or add new battlegrounds.

Logically they could re-do BWL, since it shares lore with Deathwing, etc. Or...

Either way it sounds like a reach for Q4, even the Sanctums are. I mean OS seems more like a last-minute "throw some shit in there" encounter, what's to say any future Sanctums won't be of a similar format?
