Here is a $20 a week meal plan that will help you reach your equilibrium weight:

1.) Buy $10 worth of fruit. I can get 4 pears, 8 bananas, a pound of grapes and some oranges with $10. Then I eat a piece of fruit every other hour, or as much as I can stand. And I'm never ever hungry.
2.) Try and find fish that sells for $2 a pound, and get five pounds. I can get a 5-lb box of catfish nuggets for $10., and it actually lasts a month.

You could eat this way for the rest of your life, and be healthier for it. When I was a fatty, this menu helped me lose five pounds a week, until I reached my equilibrium.

I am never, ever gassy. Even with all the legumes I consume.

But I still remember how to 'throw' a fart across the room - cup it like a snowball in both hands and sloooowly toss it at a very slight incline.
