My Xbox 360 is broken

I got it when it first came out. It just started yesterday freezing a lot and today it ruined Gears of War by scoring the dvd with a large circular scratch. Gay.

it is hard to believe. but it's true. mines broke, 2 times within a month.

the service center says they are backed up with repairs.

im on my 3rd and both that i had broke the same way. dvd drive jsut stops spinning at all

the first time mine broke it was just the rear USB.
I was still able to play games though. I was thinking sending it in could be a mistake. Sure enough, The DVD in the one they send stops spinning.
If I wasn't using wifi, that plugs into the rear usb, I wouldn't have noticed it was dead.

mine did the circular scar thing to my brand new madden dvd today. i took the dvd back and got a new one so not a huge deal.

i've heard of it smudging discs if there's a lot of debris inside.
