My Xbox 360 is broken

so you guys had your drives stop spinning all together? or they would load games up then randomly stop spinning and freeze?

mine didn't spin (I knew this because it was quiet) and nothing at all came up on the screen.

. Mines horizontal. Tho I think it's happened to the vertical people too.

there were no warning signs either. I didn't have a single "cannot read disk" error the whole week. No problems. Then one day I turned it on and 3 of the 4 controller connection lights were blinking red.
