But ya, Microsoft has been killing it lately, the specs on this are pretty awesome. It's pretty fucking great that you can get that much power into such a small package these days.

Have you heard about the iPen? It's so much better than Microsoft's stylus cause it tilts and you can recharge it just by sticking it into things!
 
me thinks i will be buying a surface book before the end of october

but damn with dedicated gpu i'll be set back $2k after tax
 
they do look pretty good and spec is slightly above average , but the OS still sucks and price for 16GB ram which is needed now a days sucks.
 
someone needs to make a little portable usb device for artists to plug in for shortcut commands. drawing directly on the screen is super nice, but controlling programs like photoshop are tedious if you only use the pen with no keyboard. I guess you could use one of those gaming keypads for that though...

im curious to see how artists compare the ipencil or whatever it is to drawing on the surface
