Just bought a townhouse.....

Selling our 780 sq ft Condo starting Wed. Looking for a townhouse roughly 1300-1600 sq ft.

We're asking $239,900 and looking for a place close to $320,000.

Outside Vancouver BC
 
5 years ago $200k got you a pretty damn nice place in st. albert.

I wish I had purchased a $70k apartment I saw when I was 19, could have had that paid off in no time :(

fuck before the boom i was looking at some really nice 1300 sq ft dinky little places but brand new for 120,000, then they were 300k 5 months later
 
I started a trend!

Oh, and for the folks who were asking about the size of mine... land size is probably something like 6-7000 sq ft.. around 600 square metres in our language.

i get all exterior cared for including lawn maintenance, pool spa and dumb bell/cardio gym access

just repainted the exterior

only have 1 wall neighbor which is neat.

oh well yeah that and exterior insurance and snow removal is covered but still high i realize

i wanted an end unit so bad :(
