What supplements do you take?

Pure encapsulations O.N.E. multivitamin, particularly for the D, metafolin, and methylcobalamin
 
I live in the sun, good with the D. I take B.

What benefits are you getting out of the others?

Also get a lot of sun but lots of D is good against COVID too (trollbait derp). Creatine for muscle growth or maintaining, Carnitine converts fat to energy. Stuff specifically recommended for my age.
 

See above. I'm not super disciplined with my diet for a lot of the time so when I have periods of hitting it hard I need all the help I can get. I'm sure you're extremely knowledgeable on this so go ahead and let me have it. It's just money 😬
