All my bookmarks just disappeared. And this isnt the "end firefox.exe task" bug where it puts you on another profile. My bookmarks are just gone. Anyone have an idea to get em back?

My .lnk Windows Shortuts are now asssociated with MS Word (due to virus...), and I need to know how to bring them back to normal (I could assign them to another program, but that wouldnt achieve much, apart from making me open all my shortuts using that program).
