Yes. I asked "protection from what?" and you answered the question about protection with, "the holy muslim army", and then you said you couldn't protect us from the very thing you answered that the US could protect us from. Good job, but stay off the debating team.

bush can suspend the constitution...it's not necessarily legal, but if congress doesn't bring him up on charges, the DOJ doesn't object, and SCOTUS doesn't do this it doesn't matter if it's legal or not.
