What movie is this?

I've seen this movie a few times on comedy central but I can't think of the name of it... Here's what happens in it though:

A teenager (nerd) spends a summer living on the lawn of the girl who lives across the street. In the mean time, his father will not allow him to come back home and the only family member that really cares about him is his grandpa. Hilarity ensues when his good friend injures himself while attempting to perform fellatio on himself. He makes progress and by the end of the film, he scores with the girl of his dreams.
