[Vista]How do I fix my font??

Yesterday I did some deleting to make room for some hd movies. The whole thing took longer than it should have (vista) and once I got some movies and installed a few programs, I noticed that my fonts were fucked up. Regular system fonts are fine, but several sites in firefox have bolded font and several sites in Chrome have italicized font.

How do I fix this?
 
I'm going to go ahead and assume you've gone to the appearance settings and made sure you have no non-standard (font) settings enabled?
 
Get some paper.

Spread glue on it.

Pour about 1/4 of a cup of sand over the paper.

Allow to dry.

Rub the sandy paper over your monitor.
 
The only thing I deleted were several movies (xvids of bluerays) and several games to make way for new hotness.

While a bold tribalwar has its charms, I don't think I'd enjoy it twenty four seven. Of course, I could always just switch back and forth between firefox and chrome.
