I'm not excatly a software guru but I thought I could find something easier than learning Adobe premiere top to bottom to achieve this.
Basically I just want to layer a jpeg over a video, it doesnt have to change location or transparances. The closest thing I managed is making a GIF and editing frame by frame in CS3.
Anyone know of an easier way of making this happen?
An example of end result would be pasting a jpg face over a face in a movie or adding an jpg object in the background.
