I have been running a Perl script on my computer for a week now. Every two minutes it polls TW and sees who is online. If you are, you get a point, if not, you don't. Most points means a higher placing. So the higher on the list you are, the more often you visit TW...if that is a good thing or not, well...

This is just the weekly update, there is also a continually running one to rank you over multiple weeks.
