It's frustrating how much misinformation is out there.
I'll defend the fitness forum and say that the majority of the people that don't know what they're talking about are the ones who are asking the questions.. not answering them.

Oh how I hate the Gym in January thru mid February. I'd guess <5% of those folks stick it out for the long haul.I gave up eating right and exercising since about Mid June. I haven't put any weight on at all so my drive to anything has been nil. But I decided to hit the gym again in the new year. Gonna shoot for 170lbs and 10% BF.
