(for me amazingly affordable nearly surround ocean front view...)

They are building so much here in Mazatlan and I see more and more

old guys that look like me
and when I talk it's kinda all the same story of affordability/warmth/retirement
condos being built faster than I've ever seen

They're sending people north
and they're sending people south

Still, I have a lot more legit reasons for being here
