Was told my branch will not be receiving any raises or bonuses for the foreseeable future. Edit: Except for upper management who will receive their normal 4% raise and assortment of bonuses.

unemployment rules, I just wish I could find an under the table job until May then I move in to my shore house.

Not only do companies no longer give raises or bonuses, they do strict audits on health benefits. If your spouse works, she can't sign up with you. In the past you could just insure your "family" but now they do audits to make sure you are married to that person and they don't work for another company. They only want to insure you.
