opened this weekend to 10th place... it made 6.3 million dollars in wide release.

Guess no one gives a shit about Arnold anymore.

i just bought his book, but yah it looks like a real bad film

johnny knoxville sucks at movies

No one actually wants to see a guy whose claim to fame is shoving stuff up his ass in a movie that takes itself halfway seriously. Even people that like shitty substance-free movies like Michael Bay or Fast and Furious type garbage movies have standards.

Terrible kind of movie to reintroduce Arnold with. Leave those kind of flicks to The Rock. Should've done something R-rated and gritty ala Taken (but not crap like Taken 2).

But it did worse than nine other January (and December for that matter) movies... most of which were in their 2nd, 4th, even 6th week in theaters. That's really bad.

That really just illustrates my point. The movies ahead of it are mostly award nominated films that are typical for this time of year. Mama opened relatively big, but horror films traditionally do well this time of year, but will also drop off big in their 2nd week.

Not trying to say Arnold's movie isn't terrible, but frankly it shouldn't be a surprise flop. Stallone's movie probably won't do well either, and Die Hard 5 probably won't crack 50 million.
