50lbs. lost since August 1st, '07.
before: (this was taken June 23, 2007 at my wedding)
after: (this was taken sometime the first week of Sept. while sloshed)
best pics i could do. all i did was cut sugar/corn syrup out of the diet, lots of veggies, almonds, salads, small portions of chicken, unsweetened iced tea, black coffee, minimal breads, etc.
i did minimal exercise TBQH. I've been doing crunches/pushups to tone up some of the skin/bitchtits/etc. I'm the only person working during the day where i work, and i'm on my feet/on the move for most of my day.
don't ever get fat. and for the love of god never become obese. i wasn't obese, but i sometimes wonder how i fucking let myself plump up that much.
