After 8 years of having a total fucking retard as president, I had hoped Obama would try to pass a constitutional amendment to require a minimum level of intelligence for the Office of President. But it doesn't really matter, does it? I mean, Obama is a constitutional law professor, and he hasn't really been any better than the total fucking retard.
