Bruce Boudrou got coached out of his fucking pants. Watching Washington try to make stretch plays in OT while Montreal had 3 guys back was reminiscent of Russia / Canada.

I thought that too. Apparently if you hit the puck away from the player before you slide into him, its not a penalty. Its only a penalty when the player still has the puck. The replay clearly showed that the puck was struck away before his body was taken out.

living in FL i can almost guarantee the lightning announcers are the most desperate homers there are in broadcasting history
