My daughter does 10 hours of gymnastics training a week, she fell badly from the beam the other week, luckily nothing broken. Hoping to guide her toward a different form of exercise in the future. Most of the coaches have had shit like this happen to them, it's a horror show but does make you very fit and strong.
 
Did a bone break or did she shread her cruciate ligaments? Looks to me like the bones stay intact, but that the tibia slips backwards.
