the parking break probably wasn't on.. the guy didn't expect hercules to come up behind him. then, once he realizes what's happening he slams on the breaks to try to still get hit by the train

worst part is the train was almost stopped by the time it got to the car, barely made it across the road. much too slow to kill the guy in the car if it hit it, but easy would've killed the guy trying to push the car.
