Should be interesting seeing Crocop in the UFC, how long do you guys think until he takes on Silvia?

Hopefully it's his first fight.

I imagine it'll go something like this:

Crocop and Silvia tap gloves. They exchange a couple quick shots to feel each other out. Crocop realizes Silvia really is a slow dumb bastard and left high kicks him in the side of Silvia's head, snapping Silvia's neck and twisting his head completely around in a most gruesome manner not unlike the Exorcist. Crocop becomes Champion of the Universe for all time.

Fedors hand healed awhile back before he fought coleman in vegas @ "the real deal" on 10/21/2006. He's rumored to fight hunt on nye with a broken toe though.

Crocop will be fighting eddie sanchez feb. 3rd on the UFC 67 card.

"The biggest of those announcements is expected to be the UFC’s acquisition of Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, the current Pride Open Weight Grand Prix champion. Sherdog.com reported that Filipovic’s signing will be revealed on the pay-per-view with his first opponent slated as Eddie Sanchez. MMAWeekly sources have indicated that the fight will take place on February 3rd on the UFC 67 fight card already featuring two title fights, and most likely Quinton Jackson’s UFC debut"

It'd be kinda funny if this was some kind of ploy by Pride. Let CroCop show up the UFC and then return to Pride to rematch Fedor.
