Thinking of Iceland for next vacation this summer. Done with beaches and snorkeling and shit for a while.

I've been there 5 times, its a great country. Very expensive though. When I last drove around the ring road in 2018, fuel was around $8/gallon I think - but luckily I had some sort of miracle diesel car they don't sell in the US that got like 75 miles to the gallon. Food costs were crazy high too...like, gas station hot dog $3 or $4..not too bad....but if you get the hamburger and chips....$30
