High amounts of red meat contribute to constipation, iirc. Same with large amounts of cheese.
 
Been trying to chase the beginnings of a beer belly. I eat shitty food, drink a lot but run 5 miles anytime it's sunny, hasn't been sunny in awhile.
 
Anything from cow is not good. You got no nutrients from the big steak. You body wants a big salad of Romaine lettuce, spinach, kale, and the other veggies that go with it.
