your work needs a bit more polish.. and less music. As for what you should charge, it really depends what level of work you feel you can deliver to them and if you're skilled or not.

If this is your first graphics gig, low ball it (but not too low). Anywhere from $12-16. If it's not, $20/hr or there abouts is a good average to get your foot in the door. Just make sure your work is worth their $20/hr.

If you're just doing short contract work, bump it up to $40/hr just because of the inconsistancy of the work.
