A woman was arrested Tuesday after police in Clearwater said she dumped vodka on a boy’s eyes after he allegedly splashed water near her at a hotel pool.

Roseanna Marie Kiser, of Huntersville, N.C., was intoxicated and drinking from a bottle of vodka while lounging by the pool at a Clearwater Beach-area hotel pool on Tuesday when several young children began swimming and playing near her, WFLA reports. Police said Kiser, 23, became angry when one of the children, a 7-year-old boy, began to splash water near her so she opened her bottle of vodka and poured some of its contents on the boy’s eyes and face.

According to police, she also grabbed the boy around the chest and pushed him away from her into the pool. When officers arrived at the scene, Kiser kicked one in the groin with her heel while he was trying to arrest her, WFLA added. She was charged with child abuse and battery on a law enforcement officer.
