Its a nice community. Know all my close neighbors. It depends, from the sound of it his was more of an opportunistic punk. He looked around, saw the house was unoccupied, found breaking in was fast, and grabbed whatever he could that was portable and valuable. If he proceeded to do the same to a house in the same neighborhood then you probably live in a shitty area.
