This is basically my hedonistic lifestyle now, although I'm sure I'm better at it than you are by a large degree, but to continue it once married with children is degenerate.

I am not vegan nor vegetarian, haven't been for 4 years.
I eat grass-fed beef 3-4 times a week, along with fishies.

But yea, could have something to do with my dietary habits.
