Nevertheless BoxedDeal.com is obligated to your satisfaction, as a client, and will do every thing in our power to serve you and comply with your wishes.
Payments:
We accept all major credit cards gladly; American Express , Visa, Mastercard and only money orders. We accept payments from any country. We also accept third party processing system such as paypal and Google checkout. Our credit card processing system is provided by Paypal.
We have the right review any payments, this is done to insure and protect your financial information and provide legal transaction. Some reviews are subject to cause delays. Any indication of fradulent payment will be given a refund or we will request a valid shipping address for the item to be shipped.
We have the right deny any payments that do not provide valid telephone number during sign up. We also have the right to deny any payment if the telephone numbers given by paypal are in invalid, in a case where the buyer have used paypal as the checkout option. We have the right deny any payment if the telephone number given by Google is invalid, in a case where the buyer uses a google checkout.
Money Orders are accepted by BoxedDeal.com . We accept international money order only in USD format. We have the right to deny any money orders. Money order will take upto 1 week to process and to clear at our bank. Please right money orders to Boxed Deal.
Payment verification:
We verify every payment made to us. We have the right call anyone to verify there purchase. If an invalid telephone # is provided, we have the right to cancel order, initiate a refund, or we will process the shipment , and ship to the billing address. In a case of Digital delivery method, we will choose to ship the item to the verified address, if we suspect a fraudulent purchase.
Shipping:
Our primary shipping carrier is USPS. Fedex is secondary carrier. We ship world wide. All Items less than 5 pounds are shipped through USPS, unless a otherwise stated. Packages shipped by USPS will not have a tracking number. A delivery confirmation number may be provided by request. All International shipping will be done through USPS. We have the rights to delay any shipment.
Digital Delivery / Email:
At Boxeddeal.com all Intangible items suchs as codes or subscription key are refered to as Digital items. Digital items are emailed to the buyers using the email address provided. All digital items are emailed only after payment verification (please see verification section of this page ) . In a case of a fraudulent purchase of a digital item, we have the right to ship the item instead or complete the order completely.
Return policy:
Our return policy covers 15 day return period for all tangible products. There is no refund for any intangible items unless if they are meet under this exception :
If the intangible item is not used or consumed by the buyer.
For all tangible products unless defective, we will not provide return shipment fee, refund shipping fee, and there will also be 15% charge to process the return.
Fraudulent purchases:
BoxedDeal.com takes fraudulent purchases with strict enforcements. We the right to collect visitors IP address. IP Address is used for fraudulent determination. Any IP address that does not match with the location of the billing address raises the risk of fraudulent purchase. Any invalid telephone number raises the risk of fraudulent purchase. More than 2 orders made by a single customer within 1 month time frame will raise the risk of fraudulent purchase. These risk calculating program is installed into our checkout system. Any high risk fraudulent purchase will be determined by our software, will stop and set for manual processing or even deny the order completely. We report all fraudulent transactions to IC3.gov.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, BoxedDeal.com l shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BoxedDeal.com will immediately credit your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
