Capping

Shift/Alt/Ctrl (I don't remember which for raid) Click the bars.

I use Capping, shift might put it in raid, and alt just puts it in say or it is the other way around. Being able to put the timers in say is great in av when you have a few people in a tower, if they know they only have 40 seconds left they usually stick around.
