[air-drying laundry wtf] clothes are hard/crusty

I had to get used to that in Italy.

Maybe in poland too....I don't remember having a dryer in either place.
 
hang clothes upside down, use fabric softner, or try blow-drying them.

Either way, you're screwed unless you take them to a laundry mat that has a dryer, or can hang your clothes outside in the warmth of the sun.
 
well that and the korean war had a lot of koreans doing u.s. soldier's laundry in camp and in korea there are a lot of tailors who tend to have cleaners on premise. That's the image many people go with.

Also, LG (Lucky Goldstar aka Life's Good) is a Korean company and they make awesome washers and dryers.

i don't want to have to iron all my undershirts/boxers just so that they don't feel like i'm putting on a cheese grater...
