It's not a nitpick, it's pointing out factually incorrect statements. To defend them would make you either a liar, or ignorant. Trump has had 4 businesses, all of them casino and hotel related, declare chapter 11 bankruptcy. This is a financial restructuring in order to keep a business alive. All four businesses are still alive as a result.
