It was supposed to be out months ago. The founders of GarageGames left, apparently most of the Legions developers left, the guy who was behind PlayTribes from the start left, and they got a new CEO. Seems like they're playing pickup and catchup at the same time.

Hopefully PlayTribes works.

Didn't they say work was canceled on it because they didn't want to get sued, or it was just done as a test and never intended to release it.
