[pics] Panoramas and other 'assembled' images for your enjoyment

Zear

Veteran XV
These are all assembled from photos I have taken.

All photos were taken with either an Olympus C-700 UZ or a Samsung S850, neither of which are particularly high-end cameras.

Pictures were assembled with Autostitch, which is a free download.

I take these for fun and to share with family. I am no photo pro. Constructive criticism is always welcome, especially if you give concrete advice on how I can take better pictures. :sunny:

So without further ado...

McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
5192 x 2412
The water is low because it is late August, but that doesn't keep it from raining.

East McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
4994 x 1938
The west end of the lake at mid-morning.

East McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
5424 x 2444
Taken from the ridge to the south. This is about 600 feet above the lake, I believe.

East McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
4992 x 2372
Taken from the east end of the lake, looking northwest.

Above East McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
5452 x 2380
Taken from the top of the ridge to the north of the lake, looking west. That's my cousin.

Above East McFarland Lake, Three Sisters Wilderness, OR
4632 x 2168
Taken as we descended from the previous picture location. My cousin is jumping down the rocks, and my brother is at the bottom. This image lies, in that my cousin went first and my brother followed, but this assembled image implies otherwise.

San Francisco, CA
6040 x 968
Taken from Alcatraz, looking toward 'the City'.
