Average Draft Grades
I averaged out the grades of each team by the major draft sites (that have grades up) along with my own swing grades. If the teams share the same letter grade, but their rank is different, it means their rank (assigned on a 4.0 scale) were a little bit different, but not enough to change the actual letter grade.

First Round:
Player Rankings
Here's how I determined the rankings - I took the most reputable draft sites (scouts inc, kiper, footballsfuture.com, etc) and compiled a list of players' that most often appeared in the top 64. If the player was in one top 64, but not another, I gave him a rank of 76. Then I averaged it all out. Obviously this method is by no means scientific, but I think it arranges all the subjectivity pretty well. Teams who share the same ranking had the same average rank.

Mock Draft
Ended up predicting the first round with a 53% accuracy, which is ok I guess. Ironically, if I had stuck with the mock draft I had up the day before the draft, I would have been more accurate. BTW, I'm calculating accuracy by assigning 5 points to a correct pick minus one point for every place off (no less than zero points though). So I scored 84/160 points.
Comparatively (I spotted everyone Bush and Mario Williams):
sporting news' war room predicted with a 34% accuracy
Scouts.inc predicted with a 34% accuracy
Kiper predicted with a 45% accuracy
Sports Illustrated's Dr. Z predicted with a 42% accuracy
So I'd say my system worked pretty well
