Soup, what browser are you using? If it's Firefox, I've noticed a glitch with Firefox and Netflix. Basically at random points in a viewing the volume will decrease. When you have Netflix going, open up your sound mixer from your task bar, you should see an option that isn't normally there called Firefox Audio something or other. Set that to max and that should take care of the problem.
