is there a program to increase speaker volume beyond "max"

my new speakers aren't as loud as my old ones and some netflix movies aren;t loud enough even at max settings.

without buying a sound card, is there any way to make my sound output higher? kinda like how some media players allow 100+% of volume, only for ALL sounds

20 dollar speakers. i dont listen to music much, i was just hoping there was some program that would make all sounds a bit louder
 
if you have $20 speakers and no sound card you aren't allowed to be picky when it comes to audio

I get the same problem with some netflix movies being too quiet with my headphones and PC volume both set to max. Normally I leave my system volume on 50% and its loud enough for almost everything.

Some netflix videos just have shitty sound quality I guess, I dunno.
 
omg theres a place to change volume INSIDE OF WINDOWS?!?

no wai, i just keep trying to turn the knob to the right a little bit harder
