F-22 Raptor Crashes On U.S. 98

my bad

i wonder how many of those would fix the countries educational system woes
you can get rid of the entire military budget, throw it at education but as long as the public sector unions are running it, it will never get better.

Two other German officers, Col. Andreas Pfeiffer and Maj. Marco Gumbrecht, noted in the same report that the F-22′s capabilities are “overwhelming” when it comes to modern, long-range combat as the stealth fighter is designed to engage multiple enemies well-beyond the pilot’s natural field of vision — mostly while the F-22 is still out of the other plane’s range. Grumbrecht said that even if his planes did everything right, they weren’t able to get within 20 miles of the next-generation jets before being targeted.

commie pedo liar icfire strikes again
"Targetted" /= kill.
They always use bs terms to hide a truth. why u not smart no this

At $200 mill./ea I might take 2 typhoons to 1 $430 mill. F22.
But you gotta like vtol :bigthumb:

arsin thinks being able to be targetted by a fire and forget missile isn't a big deal and obviously if there are 2 of them that means they are twice as likely to take you down

hint: it only doubles the chances of a raptor being able to detect you lol

ill admit the F22 raptor is an amazing fucking machine, and technology like that probably goes a long way towards securing the nation

and of course... out of all R&D projects, u never know which ones are gonna yield this type of tech, so u can't really pick and choose which ones to cut u just have to assign a big budget towards that and hope it provides good returns

but yea, you're right, there is that whole unnecessary wars thing...

but securing it from what.................These are offensive weapons. The USA is easily defended at this time. It takes an armada to attack the USA in a conventional attack. and thats just to hit her in a conventional manner. The US navy has enough conventional power to do the job. The use of surface to air is enough at this point. A naval attack from ANY nation on this planet would be met with disaster for the attacker. new generation cruise missles, anti missle tech and anti sub is what the usa does. The USA holds a MONOPOLY on fleet and air. Every major nation on the planet knows this. This could attribute to the swift withdrawl of russian forces from Georgia during their "incursion" in that small nation.

Our ship arrived special operations troops deployed with hand held missles that the russians could not even calculate and they backed off immediately.
Russian regulars on their bmps turned around and ran back to russian borders with haste. The arrival of american special warfare operators had something to do with this but more so due to the ability to blast russian airpower from the sky at will.

fuck! these planes dont need people in them, put them up, let the cpu take over and use their sheer tech and its game on. Welcome to terminator welcome to skynet.....

Ellen is literally retarded when it comes to anything having to do with military tech, or science, or well... anything.

Only thing I can imagine defeating one of these is overwhelming it with numbers launched from very nearby facilities to reduce ttt.

...and it turns out the only way to make it worse is to privatize it.

No, retard, opening up competition is a good thing.

The reason our education system isn't doing as well as it could be, is because government education (see: teachers unions and lack of vouchers) stifle competition and reduce turnover rate for shit teachers.

thats b/c you dont know what profit means or how the world works or pretty much anything having to do with anything
