Hopefully this resume, my drive and charisma get me the job of my dreams..

Don't put high school stuff down, they'll see you as still just a kid and therefore not ready for the job.

I'm not going to downplay your resume. I think, being that you have already spoken to these people, you would have a much much better understanding on how to go about impressing them even further.

I'd drop the bill gates comment... it makes you sound egotistical... and cut out everything in your objective after "To acquire a full-time sales position for T-Mobile "... the rest is not necessary.

If it's text based I would remove the bullets... not sure how good people's resume scanners are but if you're shoving an extra character in those first words it might mess up.
