    Help me understand Bittorent upload

    so im at Bytemonsoon signed up. i want to upload shit so i can get better download speeds. im selecting upload and from what i can tell its uploading. the world icon in IE is still spinning like its exchanging data... yet with the download im doing its not showing upload speed or anything :/ wtf
