well, discussing the politics might have been ok on here 12-15 years ago but that was before politics was everywhere. The last few years everybody is arguing politics 24/7. its old now.

Well it's just another one of the few places where groups of left wing "feelers" who circle jerk in their bubble of today's PC'ed world get to experience the shocking reality that their ideals are a small minority and that most people oppose their views. So the left wing leave and find another PC bubble where they can continue the delusion that they are not a minority. So then we see a shift to the right in the overall user base, but ultimately the left were a deluded minority all along.
