[Official] #1 Ohio vs #2 Texas who wins?

I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread about this yet, but if you see my sig I'm gonna have to root for Texas. My final prediction on the game is Texas 32 - Ohio 28. It's gonna be another good one down in Austin.

And yes feel free to flame the boys who got arrested. I think it was our CB and a backup player.
 
I'm going to guess Ohio St 28, Texas 17.

I don't have a lot of faith in the new Texas QB. He did well last week, but this game will be a lot different than N. Texas.
 
being in austin i'm obliged to root for our team but i'm not being overly optimistic about this one

I just get the feeling that colt mccoy is gunna choke from the pressure of such a big game
 
OSU's offense will blow Texas away and the Texas offense won't be able to catch up against the Buck's D.

Yah but the Ohio defense isn't that great either. So I think the QB and OSU defense cancel each other out. I think the edge we get is in special teams, defense, and depth. Just my opinion.
 
we also have the home field advantage in this one, i know everyone is going to pick Ohio st. over UT but everyone picked the same last year and look how that turned out.
 
As much as I hate to say it, I am going with Texas on this one. While I can explain away Wolfe's performance due to 2nd string rotations and the like, Texas is an entriely different beast. I don't think Ohio State outscores Texas in this one, and they lose 28-20.
 
Plus Mack Brown said, if McCoy looks like he can't handle it he will go to the backup QB who is also supposed to be pretty decent. And we still have like 4 RB's which combined last year ran for like 1700 yards collectively. I think we have the depth and home field advantage.

I was in Vegas for last years game. I was sitting in one of the sportsbook rooms after placing my bet (won good money). I was in between a set of 4 OSU guys, UT guys were further down. Was seriously the best time ever. The whole place was erupting every play, I lost my voice by the end of the game. Was intense. Wish I was at the game or back in vegas for this one
