Youtube not streaming?

Is anyone else getting "An error occurred, please try again..." when trying to play a video on youtube?

I've tried on two different computers now. I don't think its my flash plugin because redtube still works.
 
I usually refresh when that occurs. Fixes the problem right away. Either that or I just choose another youtube link of the same video (providing the video in question is popular enough).
 
Thanks. Neither of those solutions worked, unfortunately. How the fuck could this be happening on multiple computers within my home?
