What is the name of this show?

For the life of me I can't remember the name of this show and was hoping someone on here knows what i'm talking about.

The show came on a few years ago, it was a comedy series and from what i can remember, every episode had an intro with the main actor in a court room getting ripped on by his peers and the show was basically based on how he fucked everything up.

For some reason i thought Brent Spiner was in it, but i cant' seem to see anything on his IMDB :(

Please help me TW, this is driving me insane! :p
