What do I get relatives for christmas?

I haven't bought Christmas gifts for my Aunt or Grandmother yet and I don't really have any ideas. HELP Tee-Dubya!

My grandmother is 80-something years old and will die soon. What's a good gift?

My aunt is middle-aged and is getting her FIRST PC for Christmas (my mother got lucky on a black friday deal). Are there any books / accessories a first time user would need? She uses a computer at work and has WebTV, but that's about it.

Anyone have any ideas?

My mom just buys one gift for each family outside of our family and we all put our names on it.
