I only went up to 760wpm, but I could still keep track of thoughts / sentences and understand the story. I'd think it would be harder with more random data, but I was reading "Detective" which seems to have longer sentences.

I'm not exactly a speed reader, I can read faster than most I've met though. Neat little applet.
