From what I can see - they want to change others rather than changing themselves.

In a track meet - the bar is set at a certain height and you have to jump over it regardless of your height, weight, etc. If you want to use a pole - do the pole vault.

You see arbitrary standards and guideline metrics do not measure an individuals true worth. It doesn't account for their experiences and nuanced socio economic strife and obstacles. Their cultural significances and your white privilege biases

That's why we need more diversity in diversity
 
What's he doing in a private university anyway? Once again, entrance standards curved for the blacks. I don't hear he's on any athletic team. What was his High School GPA? What is his current GPA?
